It then goes back into another close up of the joker with his mask off looking and smiling directly at two face. This was used to make tension between both actors
It directly has a close up of two-face struggling looking scared directly at the joker this makes the audience think about what will happen next 
This next shot is over the shoulder because it appears over the jokers shoulders so you can mainly see two-face and some of the background while they have both direct eye contact with each other

The next scene goes into a close up with gordon having eye contact with another actor this scene is also set in a car.
The next scene is a close up with a police officer holding what seems to be a shotgun this is effective because it makes the audience think what will happen because at this point somethings going to happen.

There is a quick action scene where two-face attacks the joker but it quickly goes back into a wide shot where you can see the car and the a city landscape.
It immediately goes into a shot where you can still see the some of the city but you can now see some police suv  followed by some police cars in the background
