What changes did Mongols bring to Russian civilization in the InSPECT themes?

Background information: In 1240, the Mongols attacked and destroyed Kiev. Many people were slaughtered, even a Russian historian reported that "no eye remained to weep." Also, under their rule, the Russians were allowed to follow their usual routine, but as long as they made zero attempts to rebel.
Culture - As horrible at the Mongols were, they let everyone have their own choice in religion in their realms.
Economy- The Mongols demanded huge amounts of tributes/payments. Eventually the Novgorod's prince and military hero Alexander Nevsky, agreed and told fellow princes to obey the Mongols. The Mongols only cared about money to benefit themselves. The Mongols completely destroyed their economy, and their connections with trade.

As part of the Mongol invasion of Europe the Mongol empire invaded Kievan Rus in the 13th century and destroyed various cities including Ryazan, Kolomna, Moscow, Vladimir, and Kiev. They only truly support their own kind. They are heartless and barbarians as they did not spare no women, men, and children. They divided the East slavic people.
As a merchant I traveled through the silk road and had the security from the empires and civilizations but once the Mongols took over almost all of the silk road I no longer had the security I used to have as well as they facilitated the spread of diseases such as the black death. The actions of the Mongols greatly affected the economy and trade.
As one of the princes known as Michael of Chernigov, I was expected to pay loads of tribute to the Mongols, for holding my own kingdom. This eventually destroyed the economy, and this turned other fellow russians into serfs. This also completely destroyed our connections with trade. The Mongols took advantage of other peoples wealth and used it against everyone. I even watched the Mongols drink my horses blood. When princes like myself did not pay tribute, they would cut our head off (decapitation) as a punishment.
As a religious leader in Russia I had to pay tribute and if I refused they would burn down our churches. They created such fear in us that us russians saw the Mongols as a punishment sent from God.

Ivan III was a grand duke of Moscow from the year 1462-1505. Ivan III helped Russia recover from Mongol rule by expanding Russia. Expanding Moscow through land purchases, conquests, and colonization. Due to the weakening of the Mongol rule, Ivan III took control of the territory that surrounded the city. There were nobles who were buying more land and because of that, peasants had less availability to getting those lands. So therefore, Ivan III gave free land away as a reward to the military service.
