Men are more suitable for farming than women because they have stronger physical abilities. For a long time, men have mastered the family's financial resources, which has also led to the birth of a patriarchal society. Although the technological era has replaced farming, and women have been treated more equally, women are still ignored, sacrificed and disrespected in this patriarchal society. Therefore, our group are interested to understand better the unfair treatments that women received in a patriarchal society. Are women the victims of the patriarchal society?

PART B:
Are there many secondary sources available for this topic?
(Answer this question after the Library Research Skills Class)

PART C:
Oral Presentation Link
(to be inserted in Week 14 - 15)

Sexual harassment happens when someone touches another person in a sexual manner without their consent. This relate to us as it can happen to anyone and anywhere. For example, it can happen in a workplace, in an educational setting, and even in places we consider safe such as our own homes. More frequently we hear about this happening to women, so that is the scope we are focusing on for our topic. We have to pay more attention because women are more exposed to this issue.
DIFFERENTIATE
HARASSMENT, ASSAULT, DISCRIMINATION, etc.
CONSENSUAL / NON-CONSENSUAL / PARTIAL
WHERE IT COULD HAPPEN?

*PART B: Are there many secondary sources available for this topic?*
(Answer this question after the Library Research Skills Class)

*PART C: Oral Presentation Link*
(to be inserted in Week 14 - 15)

IZZATUL HAZWANY BINTI ZAINOL RIZAL

PART A: Why do you choose this topic?

In this era of modern times, both parents are busy working in which most times they will opt to give their children smartphones to keep them occupied instead of paying attention to them. Hence, it is crucial to raise awareness among the public about the impacts of technology on early childhood development. Early childhood is usually defined as the time period from birth until the age of five or six years. Given that technology has ingrained itself into children's daily life, we should take note of its consequences. Children are seeing a world that earlier generations were not exposed to due to the rise in the usage of electronic devices like smartphones, tablets, and computers. Although technology provides numerous benefits for children, like increased information access, better educational possibilities, and enhanced communication, it can also be detrimental to their physical and emotional health. Overuse of screens can result in eye strain, inactivity, and disturbed sleep. Online gaming and excessive social media use can also lead to addiction, cyberbullying, and low self-esteem. Thus, it's vital to comprehend how technology affects children's entire development.

PART B: Are there many secondary sources available for this topic?
