 3.  I want to practice as much as possible all the different tools and resources that COOL will provide me. 
4. I will select at least 4 activities or lessons from my syllabus that I think I will more help to set up as an online lesson.  
 5. Definitely, I want to enjoy my learning and get feedback from other members.
I consider myself a beginner in this field because I have not conducted a complete online course. I only have experience doing online webinars and presentations.

  5. Bibliotherapy is a powerful medium to start these conversations. See APA's RESilience; Embracerace; Social Justice Books; Charis Books and More. A personal favorite: Something Happened in Our Town. The story is about two families — one White, one Black — as they discuss a police shooting of a Black man in their community. The story aims to answer children's questions about such traumatic events, and to help children identify and counter racial injustice in their own lives. You can listen to a recording here.
