Well i think that the rubber edging is the circumference. Also i know that the Area is Pi*cir. so in order to find my circumference is by dividing my are by pi as shown below... pi=3.14 area= 12.5 for the sake o space ill just put the answer.... answer=.25012 or if you want to round to the nearest tenth then its .3

12.5x3.14= 39.25 so 39.25 is your circumference
