I want to enable the students to build their own Google Site in order to gather portfolio items. As I teach Year 8 and 9, it puts them in good sted for NCEA data collection and portfolio evidence. Ideally all subjects will feed into the site so that all their best work is in one place. I have considered using WIX, however for security and transparency Google seems sensible.

Self motivated learning, which allows for visual and aural learners, has heaps of easy to use accessibility features and can be easily differentiated for every learner. I had to book and use Room 4 Comp Lab a lot in order to have a reliable front screen that the students could follow. We went through the process of developing a site step by step. Doesn't work well on i-pads.
