Another hybrid model

We heard about one hybrid model where the teacher is teaching both online and in person at the same time. Not impossible but appeared a bit challenging and stressful for teachers.

I spoke about it with my professor and she shared her district's hybrid model. Just thought I would share.

Here is another hybrid model Morning is all virtual for core classes. Ex: Math, English
Lunch
zero period/7th period student support as needed
2pm-3:30pm hybrid in person. Cohort 1 and Cohort 2
Extension classes/Electives will be during this time
For students who choose to come in person, this time is really for social interaction.

This model seems to be less stressful for the teacher as the teacher does not teach both in person and virtually at the same time. If the teacher teaches in person it would be in the afternoon.
