We were blessed with Farm to You coming and presenting to our whole school, a field trip to Appleseeds where we learned about growing food, healthy eating, and the kids got to pick vegetables from the garden and use them to prepare a healthy snack. We also had a food services manager from the schools come and talk to our kids about her job, the decisions she makes, and a tour of the kitchen!
