I have my breakfast at 08:00 am and what I consume are boiled eggs, omelettes and coffee with milk. I don't really work, but I help my mother with household chores. always lunch at 12:30 pm;  within the menu is the white rice accompanied by sweaty chicken and water. I don't leave my house. After doing the corresponding activities of the university I lie down to sleep. I have dinner around 07:00 or 08:00 pm, which I eat are arepas with cheese and water. I usually go to bed at 10:00 pm.  On weekends I distribute the schedules to wash the clothes that are dirty and organize my room. I don't really study English often.
