We created a sharing wheel in our class. We divided the sharing wheel into 4 colors for 4 buts. We chose games for each table and everyone turned the wheel once in turn. We went to the table that came across the toys on the wheel and shared the toys with everyone at the table and played.

We read a story about respecting the rights of others. The children learned to be more respectful without violating the rights of others. On the table, we put 1 locomotive and 9 wagons with numbers from 1 to 10 written on them. Everyone randomly chose a wagon and put their turn on the train track. After everyone took their turn, we formed our train. After the activity, we had a group discussion and discussed My Rights and the Rights of Others.

We talked about what sharing is and the importance of sharing.We distributed the toys in our classroom to each child.The children first played with the toys they wanted.Then I prepared a sharing wheel and gave it to the children.We wrote the names of the toys that the children played with on the sharing wheel.Then each child turned the wheel in turn.Whichever toy's name came out, the children shared the toy with the friend next to them.Thus, they understood the importance of sharing in a pleasant and fun way.

Sharing is caring!

To explain to children about sharing, we used stories, games and practical examples.

1. Simple story: I read them a story about two friends who share a toy and discover that they can have fun together.

2. Role play: They received a set of toys and I asked them to share them among themselves, explaining how each one feels when they receive and give.

3. The rule “one for you, one for me” – this simple game helps them understand fairness.

The result was a beautiful, fun and tasty activity!

To explain to children the concept of “My rights, your rights” and the idea of waiting their turn nicely, we used conversation, explanation, suggestive images and practical examples.

Simple explanation:

• My rights: “I have the right to play, to talk, to be listened to and to receive attention.”

• Your rights: “You have the same rights as me. That is why we must take care of each other.”

• We wait our turn nicely: “If we all want to talk or play with the same toy, we must wait and be patient. This is how we respect each other.”

The practical part: it consisted of a race between two teams in which each child had to wait their turn nicely and, more than that, work together to succeed. The result was a fun, but educational, applicative route.

Together with the children, they chose an effective method in which each individual observes the differences physically over time, such as some grasses growing faster and some slower, some taller and some shorter, through the grass-growing experiment they conducted themselves. Thus, in the spirit of respecting and tolerating differences, they learned this implicitly in an enjoyable way.
