         <description><![CDATA[<p>Mobile connections are approaching 8,000,000,000 according to GSMA Intelligence "gsmaintelligence.com" .  Books, libraries, and an "education" can be distributed on microSD cards.  More text and audio can be stored on such cards than video.  As a medium, language may be powerful than video. Users can listen to audio files whilst doing work like housekeeping, domestic or farmwork. Universal Education ought to make audio files primary, video supplementary.  </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Leonhard Euler dictated the greatest math book, The Elements of Algebra,</p><p>when blind, to an innumerate tailor. This indicates that the reverse is possible,</p><p>learning the Elements of Algebra from audio.  However an accompanying text <br></p><p>is better, text plus visual better, and audio + text + visual + collaboration + <br></p><p>AI may be optimal. As a result of inquiries, it seems educators perceive computer assisted <br></p><p>learning as machine learning, they're 30 years behind, and machine learning is <br></p><p>coming to lucrative industries areas first.          <description><![CDATA[<p>In places like Pakistan, Afghanistan, rural India,</p><p>students who are doing physical work during the day,</p><p>could listen to books such as The Elements of Algebra.</p><p>After work they could review the diagrams and try <br></p><p>the examples, from a printout.  Thus, I'd modify Jamie</p><p>Alexandre's "sneaker net" to include printed editions</p><p>or pdf of Great Books, even for math and science.</p><p>Modern aggregated textbooks are ok but Great Books</p><p>are more likely to create Great Minds.</p>]]></description>
