Risk Assessments reduce risks massively in a sporting environment. This is because, if there is any hazards or potential hazards it will be noted down so it can be fixed. It also gives a scale on how dangerous the risk can be to give an idea to the staff that if this does occur in the future they will know what the protocol should be to resolve the scenario.
