         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Misinformation-1:Low-Fat, High Carb diet may be better.</strong><br>Low-fat diet lead to less of healthy food like meat, eggs. So that it is lack of nutrient in diet.<br><br><strong>Misinformation-2:<br></strong>Not all fat is bad, there are low quality fats and high quality fat. Low quality fat such as saturated fats. High quality fat usually exist in salmon, walnuts and flax seeds.<br><br><strong>Misinformation-3: Processed Low-Fat food are healthy options<br></strong><br>Because of the ridiculous low-fat advice, food manufacturers removed the fat from some of their foods. But there was a major problem... natural foods taste terrible without the fat.<br><br></div><div>If a food has "low fat"or "diet" on the label, then you will probably find sugar, corn syrup and various artificial chemicals on the ingredients list.<br><br></div><div>However, sales of these foods have skyrocketed because many nutrition professionals still advise people to eat them... even though the "normal fat" alternatives are much healthier!<br><br></div><div><strong><br><br></strong><br></div>]]></description>

Meanwhile, fats have many other important functions in the body and for good health, a moderate amount of fat is needed in the diet.<br>1.Fat provides energy reserves for the human body. People use the energy stored in fat to maintain their basic energy needs for exercise and rest.</div><div>2. Fat plays a role of insulation and protection. Visceral fat protects vital organs. Subcutaneous fat protects the body from extreme temperatures.</div><div>3.Fat helps the body produce and regulate hormones. For example, adipose tissue secretes leptin, which signals the body’s energy state and helps regulate appetite.</div><div>4. Fat contributes to the transport of fat-soluble vitamins and improves intestinal absorption.</div>]]></description>
