Liberty Group 1:

Video 1 is skills based content while Video 2 appears to be largely essay/revision/reflection type content. In any case, you can understand that small group station rotation is very diverse.

They each focused on different topics. 1 focused on skills students needed to review while the other focused on parts and revisions of an essay.

Kellis Group 1-

The first video does a great job at using small group to increase engagement for some of the drier concepts, such as grammar and writing instruction. They use videos to give them context on what they are going to be doing.

The second video is using small group to increase the specific skills. They start on a technology based platform and transition to hands on, applied skills.

One as a means to review content and the other as a means to exercise skill and work through pieces of a task.
