No i don't think that a facilitator need different skills in virtual session from that of live sessions.we all need to know how to engage our participants in activities,how to make our discussions . We have learnt all the methods which make studies interactive,how to make more and more people to participate in our sessions.All these skills of a facilitator helps him in live session as well as virtual session.The only difference in live and virtual is our technological approach and our basic knowledge of virtual platforms and the method how to use them in children's.

एक लाइव और वर्चुअले class के लिए एक फैसिलिटेटर को जिन कौशलों का उपयोग करना पड़ता है ज्यादातर उन में समान होते है एक फैसिलिटेटर का मुख्य उद्देश्य होता है कि वह अपनी कक्षा के बच्चों को उस content को भली भांति पहुंचा सके अपनी एक्टिविटी के द्वारा बच्चों को engage कर सके टॉपिक को बहुत interesting way मैं प्रस्तुत कर सके एक अच्छा फैसिलिटेटर यह सब करने के लिए नई-नई techniques इस्तेमाल करता है फिर वह चाहे ऑनलाइन हूं या फिर ऑफलाइन.
जैसा कि हम जानते हैं कि हर method के कुछ फायदे और नुकसान हो सकते हैं जैसे हम लाइव पढ़ाते हैं तो उसमें हम बच्चों को भली-भांति observe कर सकते हैं लेकिन कुछ टेक्निकल इश्यू आ सकते है
उसी प्रकार अगर हम बच्चों को कुछ वीडियो बनाकर send करते हैं और वर्चुअल प्लेटफार्म यूज करते हैं तो वहां हम बच्चों को अच्छे से observe नहीं कर सकते. उनके सामने जो दिक्कत आ रही हैं उनको भी तुरंत solve नहीं कर सकते जबकि हम लाइक सेशन  में ऐसा कर सकते हैं
एक अच्छी फैसिलिटेटर को वर्चुअल और लाइव सेशन के लिए सभी गुण आनी चाहिये.

Record Result etc           Agar hum Live class ya Virtual class ki baat kre to dono me ye skills easily manage ho sakti he but jaroorat he basic facilities ki.For example agar hum logo ko koi live session ,webinars karne ho ya humare bachcho ke school me live classes different apps ke through li ja rhi he to vo easily manage ho jata he kyonki humare pass uske liye basic facilities jaise laptop/smart phone,high speed network knowledge etc.inke sath hum apna live session bahut achhe se manage kar lete he but Jin schools students ko hum padate he unke liye live classes jyada achhe se ho sakti he .Teaching Learning two way process he agar dono pahlu bhaag na le to usme saflta nhi mil sakti.Ek Facilitator apni sabhi abilities and skills ko use karke bhi ydi sab bachho ya maximum participation ko ensure na kar paya to uska goal achieve nhi hoga.Isliye Live session jyada efficiency ke sath manage ho sakta he jahan ek teacher Facilitator ke roop me apni class ke sath face to face interact karke ,unke live expression dekh kar one by one unka participation ensure kar sakta he jabki VIRTUAL class me aapke pass ye facilities nhi hoti vahan ve sabko bol sakte he participate karne ke liye but pressurize nhi kar sakte.    Thanks

This is missing on a virtual platform. The connect that can be created in a physical space , cannot be easily established in a virtual space. I feel the skill to be able to really reach out to our children emotionally in the virtual classroom is important. We have to develop this skill as what can happen with the touch of a caring hand and pat on the back has to be transferred to smile, eye contact, appropriate and enough use of words of appreciation, kindness and support. 
Secondly, yes, I agree as good facilitators, if we are adept at managing, multitasking, problem solving, decision making in the real classroom; one skill we need to hone in the virtual classroom is that of our use of technological platforms. That will happen with practice and practice alone.

      It takes so much time in a virtual classroom to receive feedback from the learners in comparison to a live session because in the live session facilitator can receive the learners feedback in that period only ,but in virtual classroom this duration can be extended from one hour to one week ,and there is no control of the facilitator on the learners behaviour and their approach.

But the important part is that he or she is able to engage all the participants in both situations. It is easy to cater the interest of participants during real classroom activities but it becomes a difficult task during virtual classroom . So more efforts are required on the part of facilitator to make his or her virtual classroom session  more 
effective and interesting.

  I am completely agree that a facilitator should hv different skils to facilitate in live training nd in virtual training.
In live training facilitaors can see all activities of those which are facilitated by him/her.He can see,hear,nd observe all of them.But in virtual training facilitator can't observe physical activities of their students 
In this situation a good facilitator has to be more alert.and he should have more skills to conduct a virtual training.
