It is the core document of communism, a form of government in which all the people own property, including both land and capital, in common. Marx was German philosopher, economist, political theorist, sociologist, journalist and a revolutionary socialist(Karl, Marx). These ideas will never be used to the core of communism itself. In the past, countries have twisted the actual meaning of this ideology. Communism basically means equal.
