         <description><![CDATA[<p>This feels more appropriate for high school students to allow them to learn things they are seeing used in the real world or online that they are interested in being exposed to. </p><p><br/></p><p>This feels like an opportunity for someone without the background training trying to drive instruction and tell teachers how to do their job which is already a frustration for teachers. </p><p><br/></p><p>Have students reflect based more on what helped them make their goals instead of reviewing a teacher. </p>]]></description>
