During the performing phase we actually get to see what a team is capable of. This is when most of the task or goal is completed as well as when the team grow the most. During my work experience I have found that most of the time creating a team or getting a group together isn't the most difficult part, but rather getting the team to work together and actually execute the task efficiently and correctly.
