have a follow up appointment with a specialist by May 31, 2024. Please note that we will strive to meet this percentage for all our students but recognize this population may need additional support in meeting this benchmark.

Our vision is to streamline the health screening process across all schools in the Weymouth district, including screening, rescreening and the referral process. To provide all students with

basic health screenings in the school setting, in a way that is developmentally appropriate for

each student.

• Mandated screenings and the obstacles to completing them.

Health Area Focus: This year I will focus on the EL students in our pre-k-12 district. These students will be identified using Aspen and then outreach in their native language will take place by mailer and email. It will be a needs assessment to see if there are any physical or mental health care needs. The families will be identified as needing assistance or opting out (not needing assistance), then efforts will be made to connect them to services to meet their needs.
