Today is my third day working at EASB, so far I am so happy with the environment and all the workers at here are so helpful and they are very friendly. 

I started my work with checking and replying emails from customers, receiving call from customers. After that, I proceed to updating media social and website. I need to post at least one content in media social promoting EASB’s trip to Guangzhou, China.

In the evening, I help other workers such as printing and photo copy material for meeting. I also help the accounting department to make audit for EASB.y

As usual, I started to morning with checking and replying email from customers. Then, I proceed to updating media social such as Facebook. Posted content for today and promoting trip to China.

In the evening, we had meeting with the whole team. I got an offer from the manager, to bring me along for our trip to China. I was so speechless and happy at the same time, Alhamdulillah its my rezeki to gain more experience. Next week, we will go to China for business trip for 4 Days.

As usual, morning routine is to check and reply email from customer. After that, I need to update media social and also websites. 

In the afternoon, I need to apply visa application at Chinese Visa Application, Kuala Lumpur. For everyone that want to go Guangzhou, they need to apply visa. Miss Zara teach me how to fill in the form to apply. This is new experience for me ☺️

Back to Seremban, I continue to sorting all documents and passports for our customers.

As usual I started my morning by checking and replying email from customer and supplier. After that, updating media social. 

Preparing all the documentations that need to be done before our trip to China. Tomorrow is the day , and we need to settle it by today. 

My supervisor letting to go back earlier because I need to rest and packing my stuff. Flight at 530 AM tomorrow.

14/8/2018

So today is the day, we need to arrive at the airport 4 hours earlier before departure time. My task is I need to make video and takes pictures during the trip and also I need to help some others things.

After we settle check in our luggages, and its time to depart. We will be arrive at Baiyun Internatinal Airport around 9AM, and I’m so excited to explore and learn new things!

After we landed, I need to help my supervisor to settle down few task which is she teach me how to communicate with local people, and then help her to settle down all the participants for their hotel and bring them to eat near our hotel.

After that, our group spilt into two which is I need to handle participants to explore around the wholesaler places which is for today I need to bring them to Bags Wholesale place located at Baiyun. I follow what my supervisor ask me to do and I’m so excited because I gain more experience.

So thats all for today.

Second day at Guangzhou, China. So today, again our group split into two groups. And today my manager ask me to follow her, because she wanted to show me how to deal with supplier at their factory. 

Around 9AM we are going to bags factory, around 2 hours to reach there. And after we reach at the factory, our partner at China introducing us to the owner of the company. Our participant which is Madam Ani, she wants to make luggages for her travel company. My manager keep on teaching me how to deal with the owner, how to negotiate. This is my new experience and I’m so glad. I realize that the price at here is way more cheaper from Malaysia, and Madam Ani is so happy because she got the material that she want and the price is good.

After meeting and discussing, we are heading back to hotel. Its such a long day, but I gain more experience. 

 16/8/2018

Third day in Guangzhou, so today I need to bring all the participants to textile and clothing wholesale plaza which is located near our hotel. We just need to walk around five minutes and arrive at the Plaza which is called China Plaza. 

The best part at this Plaza, they open at 6 AM in the morning which is very early. I need to help if the participants wants to buy clothes. I learn how to negotiate and speak some basic Mandarin that I have learn past few days. When the seller are not understand what we said, I will use wechat to communicate with them which is very easy! 

After that, we are heading to Beijing Lu which is we need to take public transport to go there. And we decided to take Metro, this is my first time and I learn new things. It such a wonderful day, I learn new words, meeting new people. I am so blessed.

17/8/2018

Today is the last day at Guangzhou and also my last day for SIEP. It such a roller coaster feeling for me, because I enjoying every moment and learning new things gain experience. 

So today, our activity is we are going to explore Gadget Plaza, Sports Plaza and also Household Plaza. I need to explain to our participants how to negotiate and also how to communicate with the seller by using Wechat. They are so excited because it is very easy and we dont need to worried as if they dont understand us. 

After exploring, we are going back to hotel and packing for our flight tonight. 

I’m very glad having my SIEP at Excellent Adventure because they teach me a lot of new things. Alhamdulillah, everything went well. Syukur.
