What started with a blank canvas, crayons, a permanent marker, and a blow dryer turned into a masterpiece.  This was made by holding the crayons above the canvas and applying heat to the crayons with the blow dryer to spray them all over the canvas.  I wrote the name by hand and then covered it before "painting" to keep it all looking sharp! Not only does adult coloring reduce my stress, it also clears my brain to improve functioning!! I have been coloring one picture per week which started at the beginning of my behavior change!!! This has been helping not only change my room but also my brain by switching to a better design to foster creativity!!! I have made the decision to surround myself by creativity on my phone, computer, purse, outfits, workouts, and now even my bedroom!!!
