1 in 6 children and adolescents are obese which leads to adults with more than just weight problems. Obesity is a problem that leads to health issues such as high cholesterol, diabetes, high blood pressure and even death. Psychological issues like low self-esteem and depression may also arise from the result of obesity. Our society has evolved where convenience and fast food has become the norm and processed meals are now a regular for families. These ads entice kids to push parents for these unhealthy meals. Similarly to children, these same ads continue to lure in adults which, in turn, continues the trend of obesity.
