  • When you are 12 you get a job as your “gift” and Jonas’ dad got to be a nurturer because he loved it and always volunteered and no one was surprised.

  • They released a new child that day
  • All the releases are recorded so Jonas watched his dad release one of the twins
  • The twins were naked Jonas could see that they were males.
  • When they are released they put a serum in a syringe. 
  • They insert a needle into them (if they're old in their arm but since this was a newborn his veins weren't ready so in his forehead)
  • As the serum gets into all of there body they start to lose feeling and they die.

One of the things I do like about this book is at the start I had no Idea what was coming for me. For example I thought that everyone could see color. I thought it was a normal world only with some rules but still with love, feelings and color. Reading through the last three chapters I was predicting that they were going to die. But we never find out.     Today was a terrible day. I went on my third date with Bobby. Personally I was a little wretched afterward. We made an at home dinner. I got a little frustrated because he lingering in the kitchen where I was trying to cook. We made a beet salad with a mushroom dressing. We were rueful about the mushroom dressing after adding too much rum. The rum was too conspicuous. After our meal, we wanted to find a movie but the website was intricate.  We finally found one and the movie was unendurable. It was about a girl who was forsaken and was placed in a receptacle place. In the end, the male was reprieved. I also broke up with Bobby because I relinquished with trying to make it work.  Tomorrow will hopefully be a better day.
