JDTAir  airline introduces a number of airfare discounts based on the age of their passengers, club membership, and booking date. Infant Discount (50% of normal fare) is introduced for a passenger with an age of less than 24 months since there is no seat allocation for infant. In terms of loyalty club membership, there are three types of membership namely Silver, Gold, and Platinum. All club members are given Club Member Discount worth 5% of the normal fare. However, for a Platinum Club Member, there is an additional 10% discount if the booking is made 3 months before the date of travel. Please note that an infant is not eligible to apply for loyalty club membership.

a. Calculate the maximum number of rules, AND design a full decision table for the above requirement specification.                                
b. Design the simplified table by analyzing the action patterns. Provide justifications for the condensed columns (with reference to your full decision table in the previous question).
