I’m writing to tell you about my problem with my best friend. I’ve promised her that I would always be there for her. Two days ago she started acting weird and I asked her what’s going on. She told me that she had family problems and that her parents are always arguing and that she wants to run away and feel free .I told her to think about it again but she didn’t listen to me. She asked me to find her a house to spend a few days. I don’t agree with her decision but she is my best   friend and I don’t have another choice. I’m thinking of telling her to come to my place .What should I do?

I hope you stay strong in this situation. If I were you, I would definitely advise her to go talk with her parents about this problem and I wouldn’t let her come over to my place. Why don’t you go talk with her parents? If I were you, I would first talk with them and let them know what is at stake here. You should convince her to stay home. Don’t be too lenient with her. Go to her place and talk with her face to face. I hope I have helped you with my advice.

These past few months I haven’t had enough pocket money for myself. I’m trying to land a job but I can’t find one. I’m always asking for money from my parents. I feel very bad because I burden them due to my financial situation. Also I haven’t seen my friends in the last month because I don’t have enough money to hang out with them. I have read your message and I am under the impression that your situation is a bit complicated. It seems to me the answer is a part-time job. If I were you, I would try to search more for a position in places like cafes or like a delivery guy. Or, with summer coming up, why don’t you go and get a job in a beach bar? There’s no reason to stay at home and not go out with your friends. You should go and talk to them and they could help you, too.
