While I was writing my reflective log I realised how grateful I was to have fellow trainees with such a diverse range of backgrounds and expertise. You guys definitely have a wealth of knowledge in areas where I have very little - I'm definitely going to need to ask for your help from time to time!

So, I thought I'd start this little ongoing padlet to we can connect to each other outside of lectures. I imagine this as a place to share questions, worries, thoughts, funny things that have happened, advice etc. Anything really.

I felt sure, when confronted with the slide about communication (second ppt on Tuesday pm), that this theory has been debunked. I don't disagree with the idea that non-verbal communication is important, but Mehrabian himself has tried to limit the application of his two studies - they were EXTREMELY limited in scope.
