Also, when I take medicine then I would need to use a small cup that shows the litters so that I could get the same amount of medicine I need. After that,  I used to have a little metal box that when you stand on it will show how much do you weight. At the doctors for a check up the doctors use this scale that has a ruler next to it so when you stand on it then the doctors can see how much taller you were before.
