-ve reinforcement: showing up to work late, supervisor removes amount of projects assigned to me so I can leave work on time and hence come to work early the next day.
+ve punishment: showing up to work late, supervisor yelled at me in front of all my co-workers, causing me to be embarrassed and afraid that it would happen again.
-ve punishment: showing up to work late, supervisor takes away my break/ lunch to make up for the time. Would come to work on time the next day as I'm hungry and need my lunch break.
