Ulysses S. Grant was born April 27th, 1822, in point pleasant Ohio. Ulysses S. Grant's real name is Hiram Ulyssess Grant. He led a bunch of wars in the Civil War. He was the general for the north. Did you know that his name was pulled out of a hat?

Ulysses S. Grant was a great general for the north. He won many battles including, the Battle of Belmont, the Battle of Fort Henry, the battle of Fort Donelson, and many more. He was one of the best generals during the Civil War. Ulysses S. Grant started out small in the military then became a general.  

Ulysses S. Grant was a general and Abraham Lincoln made him chief for all of thNorthern states.that was an important role to lead the whole north so if I were him I would’ve been great full just like he was.being chief for the north must’ve been hard because you had to control all of the airmen’s in the north.

Ulysses S. Grant had a very important impact in the civil war. He won the civil war for the north and its a huge deal because if the north didn’t win then we would have slaves. I think that would be wrong to have you control someone. But if the Civil ar was won in the south then i think everyone would have a slave and they wouldn’t think that was wrong.

After Ulysses S Grant won the war. He came on to be the 18th president after Andrew Jackson. One of Ulysses s Grant’s quotes were “there comes a time when both sides consider themselves Beaton then he who continues the attack wins.”
