I also practiced the conjunctions of main clauses such as und, aber, denn and oder. 
As I learned how to describe people recently, I tried describing people with descriptive words regarding height and/or size such as schlank and dick. 

I then tried listening to DW-TV to see if i could understand basic sentences. I learned the personal pronouns on the nominative, accusative and dative cases such as ich, mich and mir.  I learned that dative pronouns need to be used whenever they are the indirect object, after dative prepositions and after dative verbs. 

I also tried to read a news article. " and an example reply to that would be " Nein, sie gefällt mir nicht ".
I also could further describe the object such as " Gefällt dir dieses blaue Kleid"  

I also compared two sentences that were similar but were written in two different cases. I learned that  if the article carries the signal, the adjective won’t. 
" Ein netter Mann mit einer schwarzen Hose soll eine blaue Jacke anprobieren. " " Der nette Mann mit der schwarzen Hose soll die blaue Jacke anprobieren "

I later played a quick game of Quizlet. Learning to reply was also done that day. I managed to learn to give simple directions such as " auf der linken Seite " and " die nächste Straße links "

Revision on dative cases were also done. Phrases that were practice was " Entschuldigung, wie komme ich zum Goethehaus ?" " Das Goethehaus ist gleich  neben der Post "

Practiced the basics such as numbers, comparative, furniture in the house and reviewing past essential homeworks.
I also listened to German music to get back to getting used to the German language. The band i was listening to was Rammstein which is from Berlin.

I revised phrases such as " Ich habe Schokolade gegessen " where I need to describe a past event. 
I also revised on the past tense of certain special words such as "finden - gefunden" and "sterben - gestorben"

Besides that, i also tried talking to my friends who could speak the german language. I tried my best to keep a conversation going but were having difficulty and was talking very slowly.

While learning how to describe about past events, i also concentrated on the pronunciation as getting the pronunciation right were proving to be difficult for me. I recorded my voice and then compared it to recordings of german speakers on YouTube. 
I also practiced previous practices on Duolingo such as the accusative cases.

Also quizzes on quizlet were played. This time, the questions were more difficult than simple games such as Scatter.
