         <description><![CDATA[<div>Factors: Capitals <br><br>Ben and Jerry believed in environmental protection.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Factor: Entrepreneurship <br><br>In 1977, they both was thinking of starting a food business. They were thinking of opening a bagel shop, but came to realize that all the materials and production of making bagels are over their budget price. So digging deeper into the business world’s, they selected opening an ice cream shop. However, none of them knew anything about how to run a business, so they signed up for this program that teaches how to run a business and also retired business’s owner being their mentor. Starting in 1978, they opened their first shop in Burlington, Vermont. That’s when the magic started to happen. <br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Factor: Labor <br>Anybody can really work for them. <br>Electricians, managers, supervisors, business analysts, sales administrators, cashiers, ice scream scoopers, shipping specialists,  lab assistants, and customer service representatives are all needed to make the ice cream, keep the factory working, and transport the goods.
