As coordinator, I am looking for new partnerships for our school. We would like to build strong and reliable partnerships with more schools to send our students on one-month mobilities and to welcome foreign students on a reciprocal mobility.

We are much involved in well-being, digital learning and a responsible use of AI, sustainability, languages and European citizenship.

I believe we are a reliable partner. We are sending and welcoming students and we are helping them learn about self-confidence, autonomy and empathy.

I am originally from Hungary, I have been living and teaching in Ireland for the last 4 years. I teach Spanish in Carrigtwohill Community College (Secondary School) near Cork city in the South of Ireland. I have been recently appointed the post for internationalisation and have started with short-term mobilities and hosting last year. This year we launched our first Long-Term Mobility Project with our Spanish partner school, which is a 2 months exchange. We have been self-funded so far, I will do my first Erasmus+ application this year.

I'm Bartek from Warsaw, Poland. I'm an English teacher and the headmaster of the Institute for the Deaf (208 years old.Yeah!the school, not me...dad's joke)

We teach students with hearing impairment and recently more and more students with aphasia (which I still have no idea how to suport the learning as it's such different needs student from student, but at least I believe our students are happy. What more to ask :)

If you're looking for a reliable partner, focused mainly on relations among students through project-based activities- we're here. Our students struggle with English so, honestly, it is quite difficult to fully integrate. But with the help of interpretors, openness and technological advances, we can have projects in which we can fully explore inclusion.

Plus! The school is in the city centre, we have quite good canteen and a boarding school (it might be possible to host you there, but depending oon the numer of people)

Ok, maybe a dream, but if a school has deaf students- perfect! If not, it'd be great to find partners who are committed to organise a great agenda for students and believe and have knowledge of non-formal education methods in such project.

My experience with Erasmus is still quite limited — I only took part in short-term mobilities as an accompanying teacher. However, it was a very valuable experience for me personally and, above all, for the students.

The school where I work has already been involved in Erasmus projects in the past, but at the moment there is none running. I would like to bring mobility projects back to our school, because I believe they can help students grow, open their horizons, and develop skills they cannot gain inside the classroom.

I am a geography teacher and Erasmus coördinator at Singelland in Friesland in the northern part of the Netherlands.

We have nice projects with schools in Europe, Togo and Myanmar. Main topics are climate change, sports, minority languages and citizenship.

We are looking for partner schools (12-18 years) who also like to develop sustainable partnerships in exchanges and LTM.

I am the main person responsible for Erasmus plus at my school. We are new to Erasmus plus and grateful for any support.

My school teaches children between the ages of 10 and 18.

As a secondary school, we place particular emphasis on career preparation. We have the Career Choice Seal and prepare students for the transition to working life from grade 7 onwards. Students in grade 11 complete a year-long supervised internship and our school is a campus school of the University of Landau. We are in constant contact with many partner companies and the University of Landau. With Erasmus, we want to network across Europe to prepare students even better for the job market.

We are looking for partners for projects related to foreign language acquisition, environmental protection, sustainability, media education, and digitization. We are particularly interested in opportunities to send students in grades 9 to 11 on longer internships to other European countries.

I am very much looking forward to my time in Reykjavik and hope to learn a lot from experienced Erasmusplus schools.

We have previously taken part in four Erasmus+ projects. In two of them, I acted as the project leader for our school, and in the other two, I participated as an assistant teacher. We have also had teachers participating in job shadowing.

I’m Liane from the Netherlands, where I teach French and coordinate Erasmus+ at Het Baarnsch Lyceum, a secondary school right in the middle of the country. Our students are 12 to 18 years old.

We have a lot of experience with exchanges, focusing on sustainability, language learning, European citizenship and digitalization. Over the years, we’ve organized group mobilities, short-term and long-term mobilities and job shadowings.

My name is Zuzana and I come from a tiny town in the very east of Slovakia. I teach English, Slovak and Literature, and I truly enjoy challenges and new technologies. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore creativity.

My students are 11–19 years old, talented, creative and with an excellent level of English. I have been a teacher for more than 30 years and since 2005 I have also been working as a coordinator of international projects. Our school received the Erasmus+ accreditation in 2021 and since then we have organized various types of mobilities. We are still newcomers when it comes to long-term mobilities, but we are very motivated to learn and grow.

We are looking for partners – schools with English or German as the language of instruction, ideally grammar schools with students of similar age.

Why should my school as a partner ?
La Salle Saint-Charles has a strong international dimension, officially recognized with the eTwinning School label, Euroscol and several European distinctions. Since 2010, we have been running Erasmus+ projects. We are an Erasmus+ accredited school (SCO, VET, ECHE) since 2021 and regularly welcome students and teachers for exchanges and job shadowing.

Head of the English department, I teach English, English literature and also management in English in Lycée Benjamin Franklin in Auray (Brittany), on the west coast of France. I can also speak German. Involved in the Erasmus + project, I already organised two group mobilities in the last three years and I am responsible for 6 individual mobilities in Italy and Finland at the moment. The particularity of our school is that we are a group of 20 teachers in the Erasmus team and each one has a role. In 2025-26, 33 students aged 16 to 18 will participate in two week mobilities in 17 different schools in 10 countries.

We have a small experience with long term mobilities that we would like to develop. We would rather find partners that offer lessons in a language mastered by our students: Spanish, German and English. Our lessons are in French but we can organise timetables so that students can attend more language lessons than French ones.

Finding a new school for a group exchange in 2026-27 is an option as well.

By the way, we can welcome teachers who would like to do job-shadowing! We are used to it and in January, I am flying to Finland to discover a school in Tampere!

Our high school, with students aged 12-18, has hosted all kinds of mobilities under KA121SCH. Even though we've just celebrated our 10th anniversary as an institution, our faculty and community believe in and support this project — this is our greatest point! Well, we also live in the paradise, so that is an extra point :) We are looking for partners whom can have a good system of convalidate grades and curriculum and can supervise our students as a guide, since most of them have never been abroad!

it´s me last week on Tenerife, where I was with our students :). I´ve been teaching German and Sports at a secondary school in Prague, Czech Republic. I´ve benn working here also as Erasmus coordinator for more then 12 years, but we haven´t organised any long-term mobilities yet. My other hobbies are my family and gardening and handball. I used to play handball for many years and I am a couch of a handball team now.

🏫 I am the Principal of Ballymahon Vocational School. We are based in the middle of Ireland and are a school of approx 400 students, 13-19 Years and 35 Teachers. 🏫

We regularly host students from around Europe 🇪🇺 on short, mid and long exchanges mainly for exchange of languages. Visiting students and Teachers regularly 😭😭 when they have to leave us, so we must be doing something good.

I am hoping to pick up some good advice and practice from experienced Erasmus+ partners in relation to use pf the budgets and how to increase participation. We have students who would love to travel but are reluctant to host on a return exchange.

I'm Karine, physics and chemistry teacher in Montmajour high school in Arles, South of France, in the middle of the Provence.

I am also working with my colleague Karin Lopez, English teacher, on Erasmus projects for more than 10 years. We are both Erasmus+ and European class coordinators for the technological and general department of the school (we also have a vocational department).

I’m participating in this event to share our experience in LTM (4th year involving 4 partners), but also to enhance our protocols and find LTM partners in Northern Europe mostly.

My name is Jose and I´m a science teacher and the headmaster of IES Monegros, a secondary education school in Sariñena, which is a small village in the north-east of Spain.

We were accredited as an Erasmus+ school in 2022 although we have been collaborating in short term mobility projects since 2016. We organised our first long term mobilities with students aged 16-17 last year with partners in France (6 weeks) and Finland (4 weeks).

We are looking for long term mobility partner schools teaching preferably in English, Spanish or French. We are not a bilingual school but we teach both English and French languages.

We are also working on a new short mobility project about inclusion with partner schools in Germany and The Netherlands. Our first mobility will be next March in Spain and we would be happy to find a fourth partner school that would like to join us.

I am an English teacher in a Luxembourg secondary school called Ecole Privée Fieldgen (www.epf.lu). I used to work in banking but switched 8 years ago to become a teacher. I have developed a business English course at my school. I am also the Erasmus+ coordinator in our school. This year is our very first year of accreditation... which really is a challenge... hence my delay to post this message!!!

I have extensive experience of short-term group mobility with a French partner school. We have been an Erasmus+ accredited school since 2021. Long-term mobility is something completely new for us, and we will be launching it next spring. We have been running Erasmus+ projects at our school since 2014 and have been accredited since 2021. I'm Kris from Gent, Belgium. I'm deputy head of a secondary school of general education and the Erasmus+ coordinator of the school. Our schoolm has +/- 1250 studenst and 140 staff. Although we have lots of experience in internationalisation, we have never done long term pupil mobilities which is something we would like to start next year.

Gent was elected in 2023 as the best city to go to on Erasmus. As our school is located right in the middle of the historic centre of this medieval city, it's a very attractive location to visit. And as we have lots of experience in internationalisation we like to welcome people from all over Europe. Last year we welcomed more than 40 teachers for job sahdowings and also 40 students in short term mobilities.

What we are looking for now is partners to start LTPM for next academic school year. Partners should be reliable, interested in a lasting collaboration and of course have more or less the same curriculum.

I am the headmaster of a secondary school in Germany (Saarbrücken). The school is located in Saarland, close to France and Luxembourg. Our students are aged between 12 and 19. The school has two profiles: one focusing on languages and one on competitive sports. I work closely with our Erasmus coordinator on the development of the school and the organisation of our European activities.

We have many years of experience with Erasmus programmes, are creative in the design of our activities and open to new (cultural) experiences. Our partners should also be creative, use new media and be interested in long-term cooperation.

My name is Irina and I am an English teacher at Riga Secondary School No.80. I have been teaching for 15 years and I am really passionate about my job. Undoubtedly, nothing can bring more joy and satisfaction than to watch your students grow intellectually and emotionally.

That's why providing them with an opportunity to participate in Erasmus+ mobilities is of vital importance in terms of 'enriching lives and opening minds.'

I have been involved in Erasmus+ projects since 2019 both as a coordinator and an accompanying teacher. So far we have implemented mostly KA2 and a few KA1 projects (only short-term learning mobilities of school pupils and staff). As we are absolute newcomers to long-term mobilities, I am really looking forward to this seminar!

Having witnessed how Erasmus+ experience can transform students' mindset, help them learn new skills, develop intercultural communication abilities, build confidence and find new friends, I will try to do my best to establish contacts with new reliable partners and find some inspiration for future projects.

My name is Anna, I am a teacher at a secondary school with focus on economic, environment and health in Linz, Austria and from this year on I took over the role of the Erasmus+ coordinator at my institution! Even if I recently started my "Erasmus+ career" and therefore doesn't have a lot of experience, I already have to deal with a quite exciting LTM. As I myself took a lot of advantage of exchanges with different countries in Europe I really want to offer the students at my school the same opportunity of personal growth and enrichment.

In general I and my colleagues want to expand the network of partners we are working with. We are interested in long-term-partnerships in the fields of LTM, job shadowing, group projects,.. and would also love to receive as a host institution. We are kind of open to new collaborations and ideas!

LPO Montmajour in Arles an Erasmus-funded project called "Jean Monnet project" focused on "digital wellbeing" to urge Europe to strengthen the law frame to protect minors online.

Indeed, Montmajour High School launched a European Citizens' Initiative as part of this project. An ECI is a unique way for us to help shape the EU by calling on the European Commission to propose new laws. But we need support from other European partners to make this initiative a success.

Our ECI project was initially based on the issue of digital well-being and evolved through discussions and joint actions carried out with our Greek and Spanish colleagues. It now addresses the issue of well-being and health related to digital use, but also broader issues such as the legal status of social networks and disinformation. The final text of the ECI “Digital Rights Matter” is available on the website we have created, on the “proposal” page. 

The next step is to submit our ECI draft to the European Commission, but, to do so, we need  7 different EU countries involved, France included. Thus we are inviting our current partners (Greece, Belgium, Spain, Italy, and Germany), which would make 5 countries needed to launch the ICE, but we need more. 

If you or any of your colleages are interested in being part of this huge project, we need a representative of your school (1 person per country is enough) who would agree to be our co-signatory for the ECI? This should not commit this person to anything in particular in the future ; they may just receive emails from the Commission.

Then we would send our ECI “Digital Rights Matter” to the European Commission for validation, and if it is, to take up the challenge of obtaining 1,000,000 signatures in 1 year through the seven countries or more if we find new partners .

• Individual assessment of the student's case in question by a team of teachers and counselors to identify if the mobility would be transformational for the student in question.

• It is also important to take the motivation of the student into account

• The question of "second chances" - do we keep giving these to our students?

• Students with short attention span benefit from skill based assignments and activities - a trip could make a difference

• Getting out of their comfort zone can change their behaviour

• Maybe find an opportunity to check the student behaviour on another activity

• Negotiation with the student and their family - maybe an individual contract

• "Reserved seat" for students with fewer opportunities can help justify their participation.
