Random/Lurking Variables
People's careers, what they do throughout the day, amount of food they eat, what kind of breakfast they eat.

Control Group
People who don't eat breakfast

Blinding the Experiment
Blind or Double Blind wouldn't be possible because people would obviously know if they are or aren't eating.

Crossover Design
We would compare the ones who don't eat and the ones who do. This would be beneficial because you could see if the people who ate breakfast stopped eating it and see if they have less energy.
