Get more consistent on rules for what qualifies as industry currency

Allow people undertaking the TAE to do their placement at school and be mentored and assist with the assessment while they are being qualified 

A supported paraprofessional pathway for people who are undergoing TAE i.e. like TFA / ability to employ paraprofessionals 

Better recognition of prior learning for people with teaching experience - would open up a lot of workforce

Mapping workforce across schools - are there possibilities to share trainers, provide more scope / offer a full time gig by offering roles across schools 

Think through what industry experience is really needed to teach VET in schools - to focus on specific needs of working in schools
