To get the materials the architect would need to have lots people working extra because of how big the building is, therefore increasing the amount of jobs available for people. Then you would have to see how the house would fit in the city. You need to make sure it flat enough to hold a house and isn't built on something dangerous like a hot spring or a volcano. It needs to be strong enough to hold a house and not sink as well as make sure it's not to tough to build onto. 2. Protracted - Lasting a long time or longer than expected which is proved by how it survived and earthquake and a volcano.
3. Extravagant - Lacking in restraint of using money or resources (They didn't need a house that big).
4. Outstanding - Exceptionally good.
