Billy 

The character is dynamic because he removed his jacket when he was dying just so he was known as Andy and not just another royal. The quote being Pain ripped fire across his body whenever he moved. But he squirmed and fought and twisted until one arm was free and then the other. He rolled away from the jacket and lay quite still, breathing heavily, listening to the sound of his breathing and the sounds of the rain and thinking: Rain is sweet, I'm Andy.  

This helps show he wanted to get out of his shell around him aka his jacket that was holding him as a royal 

 Laura would be a static character. She backed away from him, tears springing into her eyes, and then she ran from the alley. She did not stop running until she found a cop 

This quote shows that even after the whole story she still cared about Andy meaning that she had not changed nor did her feelings towards him.

when Laura found out that Andy died she cried showing that she actually cared about Andy. When Laura heard the cop say it was just another dead she corrected him and said his name is Andy showing that gang members are just humans that have been lead the wrong path  

The setting was based in a dark alleyway where the main character Andy was stabbed and remained bleeding out. 

The main conflict would be that Andy got stabbed in an alley and was trying to get help while he was bleeding in the dark alley. 

He did not answer her. She backed away from him, tears springing into her eyes, and then she ran from the alley. She did not stop running until she found a cop. 

And now, standing with the cop, she looked down at him". 

 

Andy made the couple feel frightened. We can see this in this quote. "He tried to make a noise, a sound, and a grunt came, a low animal grunt of pain. 

"What was that?" the girl said, suddenly alarmed, breaking away from the boy. 

"I don't know," he answered. 

"Go look, Freddie." 

"No. Wait." 

Andy moved his lips again. Again the sound came from him. 

Freddie!" 

"What?" 

"I'm scared." 

"I'll go see," the boy said. 

He stepped into the alley. He walked over to where Andy lay on the ground. He stood over him, watching him." 

 

Introduction: Andy was on his way to buy cigarettes in a dark alley
 

Rising Action: Andy was stabbed because his jacket represented a gang 

Climax: Andy was barely able to talk and was dying
 

Falling Action: Nobody was helping Andy, He was just laying down next to the sidewalk
 

Resolution: The police came to pick him up when he was already dead
