         <description><![CDATA[<div>See- I see you truly care about your students mastering the content of your course.<br>Think about- I think that standards based assessments and grading are more valuable then a traditional grade so that students know what they need to relearn.&nbsp;<br>Wonder- I wonder if after you complete a few assessments with relearning, the students will need less direction?<br>Celebrate- It is great to hear that you feel like it has improved your teaching!!</div>]]></description>
