For example, decided how to produce and/ or distribute a product is a good goal, it could prevent economic efficiency and prevent waste. For some goals it is a trade off but it is hard to take on all at the same time. Recently, Guatemala has citizens with with chronic under nutrient and live and work under the poverty line. Instead, Guatemala focuses on changing its service sector, closing treaties to ensure investments, and simplifying the tax structure. Guatemala had trade problems and their liberalization of them has caused the county to start to recover and improve. Guatemala also struggled with trading with other countries by unfair taxes so they have focused their energy to make them more fair so the government can get more income. Guatemala is an underdeveloped country that has focused more on fixing government problems before valuing their citizens.
