Compassion with the students - showing them that we are all still human through the pandemic and that we are here as facilitators to assist their learning processes. 
2. The PowerApp helped with follow up of students and connection to parents with some extreme cases (specially the younger students) 
3. Various platforms making the lessons more interactive for students ( however too many also confused the students - so try keep it simple and consistent for a while before changing to often) 
Strategies that did NOT work: 
1. Many TASKS given across the same classes. (too much copy and paste) 
2. Use of technology that is far above the students ability. Good to learn however there is so much content to complete.
