I think borders should be a moral issue, however, nowadays, border represents political and economic issues. Usually by creating borders, people feel more safe because is easier for controlling, managing and providing security. Moreover, borders now have a strong meaning of boundary. Cultures, people, are separated due to borders. Borders are the main reason why people are afraid of the different. Beliefs, Cultures, Religion, Traits and Personalities different than the group you live is what create fear, intolerance, violence due to borders.

A world without borders? Pros and Cons
-------------------------------------------------------
Across the world, it exists thousands of borders, including friendly ones (Canada and United States that it has the longest undefended borders stretching for about 6.416Km) or the hostile ones (South and North Korea, that has a wall and a high protection to people who try to bypass it).
The pros of a border would be:
-A higher security level
-Dont let people bypass your country without permission
The cons of a border would be:
-Maybe make an unfriendly relationship with the neighbour country

A border is a real or artificial line that separates geographic areas.
It is a way for governments to enforce the lows inside a area. It keeps people from getting in or from getting out. It actually just separated all of us in different groups (Chinese, brazilians, Italians). Borders create and enforce the idea that we are diferent and not all equal. It gerenerates wars and have been generating since a long time ago. The Berlin wall is a great example of it, as the wall that separates the US from Mexico.

A boarder is a real or imaginary line, that have the intention to separate and divide geograhic areas. With the separation and division, government can enforce their laws, amendments and order, but on the contrary, it can make intolerance, prejudice and principally wars even stronger and common. Boarder is a way of enforcing and likewise remembering us, our similarities with one specific group (brazilians, canadians, british and colombian), and differences in between other cultures. In my opinion, boarders are the main step of origining wars. Just as the Korean division and the Berlin wall.

A border is a real or artificial line that separates geographic areas. Borders are political boundaries. Borders change over time. Many times, land is parceled out after a war through international agreements. When neighboring countries have similar wealth and political systems, their borders may be open and undefended.

In my opinion, borders are real and artificial used to control the entrance and exit of people, products, and money throughought countries. I think they are very useful, however, some of them (such as North Korea) should be more opened and less burocratic once they make it really hard for people to interchange information with the rest of the world.
