Begin by asking students if previous to this course were they regularly involved in group work, continue by showing the name topics within group work such as active listening that we will be focusing on today.

Within their group they will have to allocate headings throughout the presentation and divide the work amongst themselves which will demonstrate to me if they are capable of working in a group without my input and if they are capable of meeting deadlines. When the presentations are complete, each group will present their presentation to the rest of the class.

During this class they will have time to start brain storming the topic they would like to complete a presentation on and when they will begin working on this presentation to have it complete before the deadline which is four weeks from when I am giving the assignment to them.
