I learned about new ways to help people get through tough times, like experiencing someone close to you pass away, or if you have cancer or memory loss. Nothing can stop people from being happy even though there is something that is not necessarily good going on in your life. I learned that Reminiscence theatre can HELP anything. Something I took away with me was how Reminiscence theatre can impact peoples lives. My answer to that was very surprising because I never new how good someone would feel after a session. Reminiscence theatre allows people to remember all the valuable memories and share them with other people. Reminiscence theatre can bring laughter and joy to someones life by simply making up a story with one another. This allows people to connect with others.
