They are calling Samuel Enzo now since Samuel is a Jewish name. There was a kid next to them that passed out while working so the Nazi guards killed him. Then he was out in the wilderness and slept underneath of a pine tree. Then when he woke up he found a clean stream that he drank from. Roberto is still sad about Samule  and dreads his loss. I feel bad for Roberto losing his best friend and being all alone. If I were him I would have ran away while Samule was still alive so that they could at least have each other. Then they saw Roberto and Roberto ran terrified as they chased him. Then Roberto slammed into a boat and hid under it. 
From the men's perspective Roberto was a stowaway. Some boy who hid in their truck then ran away. As they chased him he disappeared and they headed back to the truck talking about where he went. The men then went to the truck and drove away.
