I am sales advisor and student. I am single and I dont have childs. I am thirty years old and I study  Psychology. so In my free time I like reading books about spirituality and I like the meditation too. usually I do exercise in my home because I dont like go to the gym. some times I like walk in the neighborhood and go to the park also eat some ice cream. too I like travel and know news places of Colombia.

I live in Bogota at south of the city. and I live in front an park, its name is polideportivo molinos 2, I live in the house of my parentes however I live lonely in an study apartment. The house that I live is familiar. there is an  apartment where I live. it is  médium and independet. their is an  bedroom médium so here I study and it has a beautiful view to the park. ther is an  bathroom médium with withe walls. the living room is an place confortable where I sometimes chill out and meditate there are an table. there is an  bedroom close to the kitchen and this kitchen is small whit an tiny window.

I usually get up at eight thirty am. generally I do my breakfast at nine thirty and take it after trainig. I like eat for breakfast eggs singles or with tomato, juice of orange, and bread. so before I take a shower and I go to the work on motorcycle. normally I take lunch at two o ´clock p.m and eat spaghetti with chicken and vegetables. then I go to my home at eight thirty pm. finally when I arrived to my home I change my clothes and make my dinner. later meditate and go to sleep. usually I dinner in my livingroom. some time with my family or some friend. I like the rice and chicken with tomato and ónion for dinner with some fruit juices. I normaly go to the bed at two am. in the weekends I normally go out at the park or some restaurant with some friend or sometimes lonely. usually I study english when I used social media. too when I see information of my interest.

Si, ingrese seguidamente al foro y estube al tanto de la retroalimentacion de mi turora.
-Estudié y aprendí los temas sugeridos del E-Book?  
Si, aunque en varios ejercicios parecia que no quedaba guardada la respuesta, y en algunos la primera vez la tomaba y luego no.
-Participé en el foro dentro de los tiempos indicados? 
Si, intente estar lo mas atento posible al foro y participar en los tiempos estimados. 
-cuáles de los siguientes espacios de interacción y aprendizaje participé? Foro de esta tarea, Talleres de componente practico (TCP), Web conferencias, B-learning etc.? No estube al tanto de los encuentros por temas de organigrama, pero intentare participar en futuros encuentros.
-Que aprendí de esta tarea?  
Aprendi a expresar   ideas acerca de mi mismo y mi entorno, me parecio interesante recordar cosas que usualmente me gustan hacer, pues pienso que en ocaciones las olvidamos en el afan del dia a dia. 
-Es importante lo que estoy aprendiendo? ¿Por qué? 
Siento que es muy importante por que fortalece nustro aprendizaje y exclarece el modo en que nos comunicamos con los demas en otro idioma, pienso que el realizar estos ejercicios de la mano de alguien que te guia da mas confianza y anima a seguir adelante en el proceso de aprendizaje. 
Cómo aporta este aprendizaje a mi vida personal y profesional?  
En mi vida personal me siento confortable al saber que puedo afianzar mi conocimiento en otra lengua y a la vez practicarlo con alguien mas. en mi vida profesional pienso que me ayuda a crecer y estar preparado para esos momentos en donde poder comunicarnos en una segunda lengua es indispensable.

Hi everyone my name is Cristian Hernandez. I am single. I am from Bogota colombia. I am thirty years old. I am an sales advisor. I am study psicology at Unad from jose acevedo & gomez. I live in bogota at south of the city in molinos 2 neighborhod. In my free time I like listen to music and do exersice in my home, also I like the meditate and making some delisius food, like mexican food or indian food, often enjoy go to the museums and watch local cine, however ocasionally I like enjoy with my friends some coktail or some drink at the chorro de quevedo.

In my city town one places to know is sumapaz moorland. it´s the most important moorland of the world because is the biggets.
if you want to know the sumapaz´ moorland, first take a bus to the Usme town, after you talk with people, this people are very frendly.in the down town there is a church with a fount and somes traditional houses. on the sunday there is a fair with local food. the tipical drink here is the masato and the meat a la llanera, then ask about the moorland, it is forty minutes from here. finally you will see the sumapaz´ national park, there are many animals like otters and beavers. its principal plant is the frailejon there are many types of plants and water born from the mountains. it is an fantastic place to know, enjoy your visit!!
