         <description><![CDATA[<div>Introduction: Since Belbin ideas can analyze an individual roles within group, which can help members to understand their own responsibility for enhancing co-operation between each member<br><br>Main body 1:<br>Belbin's involved nine team roles with its own strength and weakness. -&gt; perform strength and improve weakness. -&gt; achieve best performance for the company.<br><br>Main Body 2:<br>3 segments of roles -&gt; thinking, action, people -&gt; allow company to arrange people with same personality to one group -&gt; easy to exchange ideas with same goals<br>-&gt; gather final ideas from each group at last<br><br>Main body 3:<br>Disadvantage -&gt; not match with every person -&gt; someone may overlap with serval roles -&gt; company should develop their own and use belbin as example.<br><br>Conclusion:<br>Adv: understand own roles, easy for setting up team with same behaviors.<br><br>D.adv: everyone is unique -&gt; not apply on everyone&nbsp;<br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>

Might improve interpersonal comunication within the team allowing more energy to be directed into the task.&nbsp;<br>. Examples: Xerox uses belbin for conflict management.&nbsp;<br>. Conclusion: Even though his theory might be out dated. People in teams automatically assume roles so his theory puts labels on the roles so it can enhance co-operation within a business. <br><br><br></div>]]></description>
