Hello everyone. welcome to my journal, Allisha Ummairah Binti Jamlu. Okay. We just arrived to SK Pandan Indah for Report Duty at 7 a.m. for the first week. On that day, we got to know the teachers and the children from years 4,5, and 6. This is because the school in the morning session is for students in years 4,5,6, while the afternoon session is for students in years 1,2,3. Furthermore, we did an interview with Puan Linda, a senior assistant teacher at SK Pandan Indah. She asked a lot of questions. And, to the best of my knowledge, Mrs. Linda's face resembles that of my grandma after conducting an interview. After conducting an interview, we had a class that needed to be relieved. And we've also got our own class schedules but they're only used for the first week since we don't have our own schedules yet.

This is the first time I've had to be a teacher in charge of a school in the third week. I must keep the pupils safe and the school in order. I learned a lot of new stuff this week. There has been a maulidur Rasul celebration this week. What I've noticed is that the hall at SKPI is relatively narrow in order to handle the quantity of pupils. And the temperatures are really high. The fan base is likewise small. Not only are the pupils hot, but so are the teachers. But I am nonetheless delighted that some students will compete in poetry recitation contests and show off their desert-themed apparel. I also had the opportunity to watch the students flaunting their clothing. Teachers at SKPI like organising various tournaments for their kids. As a result, a deep relationship between teachers and students will emerge.

There was a disciplinary briefing for year 2 this week. This is due to several incidents involving year 2 students, such as bullying and skipping lessons. I was astonished to learn that youngsters as young as that were developing a negative attitude at school. But it's excellent that SKPI's discipline teachers are well-deserved in this regard. In addition, on National Sports Day this week, we participated in aerobics. This is my first opportunity to participate in aerobics. We can also preserve our bodies' health and develop our relationships with teachers in this way. However, the area that has been used is quite small for students who are interested in performing aerobics with other students. As practicum teachers, we've been working hard to create the right dance for these aerobics session.

The week that students and teachers are looking forward to is the school sports day for students in years one, two, and three. This week, all students and teachers are quite busy, with numerous tasks to complete. Teachers must create banners for each class, choose appropriate clothing for kids, and so on. Sports training is no longer something that needs to be discussed because it occurs every day. What I've noticed is that the school field area is quite risky for pupils because students can easily fall and there are some deadly animals like leeches and centipedes. The teachers, on the other hand, ensure the safety of every pupil. Teachers are equally concerned about their students' safety. I was also able to improve my relationship with the pupil's mothers and fathers on the day of the event. There is a routine period of getting to know the other parents.

Week 10 is a particularly hectic one for me. Various programs, such as school sports days for children in years 4, 5, and 6, have been organized. As well as HIP programs for students in years one, two, and three. The sport for this week was held at MPAJ in Pandan Indah. The weather that day was really hot. We have been assigned duties as teachers. I, too, was responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the students at the stadium. Unfortunately, one of God's servants, whose name I shall not divulge, has given me free rein to keep time for the runners. I was equally perplexed and continued to sprint down the stadium. He has repeatedly irritated and humiliated me because of blunders in time management. However, I had no idea how to manage that time because I had never done anything like it before. And no one gives a clear explanation of how to deal with this situation. But I'm just a snub who believes that by doing so, I can broaden my life experience. In addition, I got an enjoyable chance to explore new things.

This week, I had an observation with Miss Anis, the supervisor. She's far too sweet and lovely. I did everything I could to make this observation a success. But I still have flaws when it comes to educating students. Speech in English remains poor, and so on. This week, there was also a mini-zoo for pupils to get to know the exhaust animals better. When the school held a mini-zoo in the hallway, I was skeptical. The hall at this SKPI is extremely small, and the ventilation is quite uncomfortable for all of you. It will make the animals and students feel as if they are drowning. But I'm still excited to get to play with all of the animals.
