There is no doubt that America has the most immigrants than all other countries. But before we were even "American", we were all immigrants. America was known as the new world to many countries. And mankind did what it did best, try to get more and more of something and this something was land. Land equals power as it still does today so it was a race to get as much land as they possibly can. Thus resulting in the trail of tears, slavery, and all things between and after that brought, moved, and forced people to all colonize in America. So your ancestors, my ancestors, even Donald Trump's ancestors were all once immigrants.
Lind, Dara. "37 Maps That Explain How America Is a Nation of Immigrants." Vox.

Ive looked at various sights to find a real reason that we have a problem with immigration. Various sights however state a problem but no real actual evidence. This is immigration in a whole not just America and nothing seems to be a one true reason witrh backed up evidence on why immigration is bad. For example, some may say that illegal immigrants come over and bring drugs and violence and are criminals, some may even murderers. A native is more likely to murder someone and commit crimes than an Immigrant because with an immigrant, they have the constant fear of being deported. So in reality immigrants are scared to draw attention to themselves while natives simply act however they want.
Nowrasteh, Alex. “Does Immigration Cause Crime?” FEE, Foundation for Economic Education, 13 July 2015, fee.org/articles/by-the-numbers-do-immigrants-cause-crime/?gclid=Cj0KEQiAl4TGBRDhgvmikdHPsdABEiQAtBcc8NgjHtWsMQH8xtsWs1HRkPqhQbXjXaQ8JEqqXPheviMaAuoz8P8HAQ.

America is a highly populated country and the constant immigration of illegals only adds to that population. An estimated 10 million undocumented illegal immigrants currently reside in America today and that number keeps growing by 700,000 per year. Which means 3 out of every 100 people are undocumented. They pose no direct national security threat but the presence of millions only means that some can distort the law, distract resources, and effectively create a cover for terrorist and criminals that live in America. So it is a National Security issue that is mainly the issue.
Johnson, Kirk. “The Real Problem with Immigration... and the Real Solution.” The Heritage Foundation, www.heritage.org/immigration/report/the-real-problem-immigration-and-the-real-solution.

As that picture can tell Donald Trump is not a fan of immigration. And he has openly described a wall being built on the south border of the United States so that immigration is cut down if not stopped all together. He already made an executive order to target "illegal aliens". but these orders effect not only the ones who convict illegal crimes but other immigrants. The Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program grants 2 full years of work for undocumented children who came to the US, but the BRIDGE that is highly polarized topic in the House can temporarily provide safety but no citizenship. The DAPA, same as DACA but for their parents, was brought up in 2014 but never implemented also because if they were Trump would recide them immediately. Trump has promised the stop of arrivals of workers and recent arrivals from the wall he promises to build. Which leaves an "other" category that factors close relatives, family, or those who left and reentered without otherization will be deported and seen as an immigrant no matter what under Trumps orders.
Johnson, Kirk. “The Real Problem with Immigration... and the Real Solution.” The Heritage Foundation, www.heritage.org/immigration/report/the-real-problem-immigration-and-the-real-solution.

In charge of deportation is the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) through the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Division formally known as ICE . Finding illegal immigrants is most common to be a phoned-in tip, workplace raid, status in jail, green card, or even naturalization. When found the DHS must inform the immigrant with a Notice to Appear (NTA) before an immigration judge. Which they inform the alien of the nature of the proceedings, the alleged grounds for removal, the person’s right to hire an attorney (at personal expense), and, the consequences of failing to appear at scheduled hearings. And finally after that they are deported back to their country.
Bray, J.D.
