1. Locating and confirming the location which is PWTC, Jalan Putra. 
2. Estimating the budget of the event-RM100,000. 
3. Discuss with logistics, Amos about the equipments needed such as sound system, lightings, decorations, props, food and drinks, chairs, tables and others.  
4. Discuss with pr/marketer along with photographer about publicity.
5. Discuss with merchandiser about merchandises that will be available at the event. 
6. Recruit extra committees; security teams, decoration team, VIP team, extra volunteers and clean up team. 
7. Identify speakers, presenters and entertainers.

Pre- Event
- I will be creating a pre-event page which will be the central page of our event. This is to capture leads and early interest (which can then be contacted later).
-With this, I will do a blog post to tell the public about our event and what is our mission.
- I will also use Social Media to create momentum for our event promotion. There will also be an event hashtag that will be use ' #GGLocalFilms '

Event Launch
- There will be press releases by local media outlets issuing the event and getting it send out through free distribution channels. Plus, emails will be send to the potential attendees.
- At this stage, there will be a blog post to announce the entertainer (Yuna,Hujan) speakers such as local director (Nik Amir Mustapha) and one special international speaker (Edgar Wright).

Day to Day
-I will be using social channels to promote the content of the event to the public and engage with them so that it keeps the conversation going.
-Post will include infographics, gif and other visual assets in which i will be discussing with Farah Atiqah. 
-There would be an Early Bird Discounts in which it will create spikes of the ticket sales.
