I think the first guideline/rule is violated most often "Thou shalt not use a computer to harm other people". There are so many social media platforms out there and so many people that comment negatively which is really unfortunate. This seems to be across all social media platforms too from Facebook to Instagram to YouTube etc. Sometimes, it seems to be more harm than good. This is how forms of cyber bullying come about even.

I think these violations occur because the actual physical person is behind the screen and can not be be punished for their horrible actions directly so they feel they can get away with it. If they were in person with the other individual they are harming, they would, most likely, never say the things they would say online. Plus, negative content/news, unfortunately, gets more views than positive.

I think having third party monitors across all social media platform to scan for really bad negative comments and cybering bullying would be beneficial. Plus, with the recent creation of AI to the public, AI could be trained to scan for the negative comments and/or cyber bullying. It could be very good at cracking down on the cases of it and, hence, removing it and saving many people from the harsh words of others.
