I was shown a PowerPoint presentation about the importance of minute meetings and agendas and found it useful to put it into practice during the meeting I had with my team. I noted all the key points and events that happened during the meet and then fine tuned the notes for others to understand.

We discussed what needs to be done before the recording of the advert including making sure we have the correct equipment and picking a location suitable for the advert giving each member of the team specific things that need to be carried out

Effectively pitch the wanted job role and carry out the necessary jobs to accommodate

I pitched the job role of camera operator as I had some experience around cameras and photography. I got the job I wanted so I assume I effectively pitched the role I wanted despite being nervous in doing so.
